Legacy Concrete recently tore out our existing wooden boardwalk and replaced it with a gorgeous, textured concrete patio. We had several people come out to quote the project, and from the initial conversation Chris was head and shoulders above his competition when it came to customer service. He was very attentive to our needs and aesthetic preferences while also making sure we were going to get the job done right. In addition to the patio and the demo of the boardwalk, they spread gravel in an area where we struggled with drainage and graded out a section of our lawn to ensure the patio would last. Not only was Chris and his crew friendly and professional, but they took the time to involve our kids. Step-by-step, they explained what they were doing, and even gave instruction and let them help with the project in small ways. Chris even showed my son how to use the layout software that he uses for designing his projects. To say we were impressed would be a serious understatement, and we will absolutely call Chris again for any future concrete projects.

We had our old steps removed, new steps constructed, and added a short sidewalk to connect the steps and the patio. Chris suggested a curved sidewalk which never even occurred to us. It turned out to be an excellent feature. An extra step was added to improve the safety of the steps, this step was a super improvement. We could not be happier with the work done. We were amazed that the work was all done in one day. The crew really worked to complete the job in a timely manner. Chris was extremely helpful: he gave clear explanations of what could be done, he detailed what the expenses would be, and he answered all our questions. We especially appreciated that there was no sales pressure. When we decide to get our driveway done, Chris will be one we will call. We know the job will be well done and that we can trust him.

We hired Legacy to redo a portion of our driveway. The slope was off, which was leading to water seepage in our crawlspace. Hired to expand our patio and to pave our fire pit. Also installed a concrete pad for our trash cans and a side walk connecting it to the driveway. Very professional owner and crew. The owner Chris was on site the entire day working alongside the crew. All work was completed in one day and they removed all forms and debris. Would highly recommend to anyone needing concrete! Chris was very accommodating and helpful with planning and recommendations. Due to HOA restrictions we had to make many changes throughout the planning phase and he was patient and helpful with the process!
